1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Cheap Campervan Hire website and services, you accept and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Use of Services

Our services are intended for personal, non-commercial use. You must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driver's license for a minimum of 2 years to rent a campervan. You agree to provide accurate information during the booking process.

3. Bookings and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability. A deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance must be paid before or at the time of pickup. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 30 days in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations made 15-30 days before will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 15 days before are non-refundable.

5. Vehicle Use

The campervan must only be driven by authorized drivers listed on the rental agreement. The vehicle must not be used for racing, off-road driving or any illegal activities. Smoking is prohibited in all vehicles.

6. Insurance and Liability

Basic insurance is included with all rentals. You are responsible for any damage not covered by insurance, including damage caused by negligence. Additional coverage options are available for purchase.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and designs, is the property of Cheap Campervan Hire and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Cheap Campervan Hire will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the rental.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
